Docebo is converting enterprise execution, public sector wins, and its 365Talents acquisition into a reacceleration story analysts have largely bought into. Q2 2026 ARR reached $255.1 million, up 9.5% year over year, and management says underlying ARR growth, stripped of its largest OEM customer, acquired ARR, and FX, accelerated for a second consecutive quarter. FY2026 revenue guidance was raised to $274.5 million to $276.5 million, and Public Sector posted a record quarter on FedRAMP certified wins.
One thing worth flagging: the reacceleration case still rests on reported ARR, not the underlying figure management highlights on calls, actually reaccelerating through Q3 and Q4 without a margin reset, and on 365Talents converting from a packaged add-on into a genuine cross-sell engine inside existing accounts. Neither has happened yet. This Dossier lays out what would resolve each question, and why neither is settled by the public record alone.
Sources and Methods
Dossiers are built from primary documents: SEC filings, earnings call and investor day transcripts, management presentations, press releases, and trade press. We also work the channels where product and operating problems surface before they reach an earnings call, including App Store, Google Play, and Trustpilot reviews, and structured sentiment research on Reddit Answers. Equity analyst commentary is used to map where the sell side disagrees and is treated as opinion, not evidence.
The Intelligence Council is editorially independent. No company reviews a Dossier before publication.
What’s Inside This Dossier
The Central Question. The single unresolved strategic question on which the company is being judged, along with a dated scorecard of where each proof point currently stands.
Vital Signs. Revenue, enrollment or user metrics, retention, margin, and the other numbers that separate the bull and bear case, pulled directly from filings and earnings calls.
What This Means For You. Distinct, action-oriented implications for competitors and vendors, buyers, and partners and investors.
Signals Dashboard. Six categories of forward-looking indicators, from customer momentum to governance risk, each with a status and the evidence behind it.
Market Reality Check. Where the analyst community actually splits, what management won't answer directly on earnings calls, and whether discovery and engagement are growing or shrinking.
Commercial Momentum. What the company signed, launched, retreated from, and let go, across product, distribution, and partnerships, in one view.
Competitive Position. The specific mechanism by which each real competitor is gaining or losing ground, not a list of names.
Business Model Anatomy. How the company's revenue mix actually breaks down, and what has structurally changed in pricing, distribution, or the underlying model in the last 24 months.
