Understanding how your peer institutions are approaching strategy, choices, and navigating structural forces is increasingly important for our audience of higher education leaders.
We’re kicking off a new series of in-depth institutional case studies that provide that kind of thoughtful benchmarking and make it widely accessible.
First off the press is Towson University, a regional institution in Maryland that is aspiring to R2 status by 2027 while reinforcing its role as a workforce engine for the state. Many regional institutions are trying to expand research activity and doctoral programs while still operating as workforce-focused public universities with undergraduate-driven revenue models.
Over time, we intend to deliver case studies of various institutions ranging in size, location, UG focus, research capabilities, public v. private, and other attributes. In short, something for leaders of all types of institutions represented in our audience.
What We Need From You: when we try new things, we need your feedback to ensure what we build is useful. It’s important that we hear from you, so we don’t mistake your silence for indifference.
